An ongoing commentary on the world and life in general, with an emphasis on things Jewish, Israeli, and biblical. But not only. I have wider interests, and some will be treated here too. Literature for example. Those of you familiar with James Joyce’s Ulysses may have recognized that the name of this Substack is taken from “A Pisgah Sight of Palestine.” Site instead of sight. I will be writing about Ulysses. I also write about growing up on the island of Martha’s Vineyard.
